Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes. We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled, missed, or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. This policy helps us accommodate other clients who may be waiting.

Do you charge extra for hot stones or cupping?

No extra charge! Hot stone therapy and silicone cupping can be incorporated into your massage treatment at no additional cost when appropriate. Your therapist may also recommend these modalities based on your needs — always with your consent.

Please note that specialized services such as Fire Cupping, RAPID NeuroFascial Reset® (RAPID NFR), and Thai Massage are premium modalities and may have additional fees. Our team will be happy to discuss pricing before your appointment.

Can I use my phone during my appointment?

To maintain a peaceful and therapeutic environment for all clients, we kindly ask that mobile phones be placed on silent mode during your visit. If you need to take an urgent call, please step outside the treatment area whenever possible.

Why is silence required in the hallway and treatment areas?

To provide the most relaxing experience possible, we ask all clients and guests to keep voices low while inside the clinic. Please note that our treatment rooms are not fully soundproof, and conversations in the hallway can be heard by clients receiving treatments. Your cooperation helps create a calm, quiet, and healing environment for everyone.

Do you offer direct billing to insurance?

Yes! We offer direct billing to most major insurance providers whenever available. Please bring your insurance information to your appointment. Coverage and eligibility depend on your individual insurance plan.

What should I expect during my first visit?

Before your appointment, you will complete our Insurance, Client Intake and Consent Forms. These help your therapist understand your medical history, current concerns, treatment goals, and any conditions that may affect your care.

During your appointment, your therapist will review your forms, discuss your wellness goals, and develop a personalized treatment plan. Your comfort, safety, privacy, and informed consent are always our highest priorities.

Do you accept Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) clients?

Yes. We welcome MVA clients and can assist with direct billing and treatment plans when approved by your insurance provider.

Are your therapists registered?

Yes. Our Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) are fully licensed professionals who meet provincial standards and provide receipts for insurance reimbursement.
